Summary:Referral business can be a great way for real estate licensees to boost their income but so few are really good at identifying the need and asking for that business. This course is designed to provide students with a better understanding of how referrals work, where to find them, and how to ensure they get paid for this service. Students will learn how to identify potential referrals, how to find needed resources and referral partners, and how to be the “go to” real estate professional both locally and outside the student’s geographical area.
