2 CE The Drones in Real Estate Course is not a pilot training program. Instead, it's designed to equip real estate professionals with the knowledge to leverage drones for Increased Sales by showcasing properties in new and innovative ways, Enhanced Marketability through offering unique property perspectives to attract buyers, and Business Growth with understanding of the potential benefits and limitations of drone technology. The course also equips real estate professionals with some basic knowledge to avoid legal pitfalls when using drones. By understanding the legal framework, the course helps real estate agents use drones responsibly and avoid potential liability. Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to: 1. Define terms relevant to the drone industry. 2. Identify different types of drones. 3. Name at least three uses for drones in real estate. 4. Identify benefits for buyers and sellers. 5. Name at least three factors to consider before contacting an sUAS pilot. 6. Clarify myths and misinformation about drones and drone use.
