3 CE When you obtained your license, you studied various aspects of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the Florida Real Estate Commission, laws and administrative codes, You also were introduced to material to help develop the skills recommended for successful real estate practice and/or prepare you for the state examination. Although much of the material taught in pre-license and post license is considered to be inconsequential, there are aspects of this training that should be reviewed every so often.
