The MRP certification program educates REALTORS® about working with U.S. servicemembers and their families and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and to take full advantage of available benefits and support. -Once NAR sends you acknowledgment of your course credit, submit your one-time application fee of $195 to complete your certification. -After the initial application fee is paid, there are no annual certification dues, although you must maintain membership in NAR to use MRP. Upon Course Completion:
RALSC has adopted a new paperless policy for all educational courses. Course materials and/or handouts will no longer be printed or available for purchase in hard copy form. All registered attendees will receive digital course materials via email prior to class, allowing you to download or print them for personal use if desired.
We recognize that unexpected circumstances may occasionally prevent you from attending a scheduled class. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by emailing Alisha Kissee Garcia at alisha@ralsc.org. Participants who do not attend a class or event without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
